LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement:

1. Personal License

The Licensee is granted a personal, non-transferable license, meant exclusively for the individual account holder's use. Sharing login details—like usernames, passwords, or any access information—with others, including friends, clients, or subcontractors, is strictly forbidden. If any misuse is found, the Licensor has the right to suspend or terminate access to the software and services immediately, without prior notice.

2. Subscription Types

The Licensee can select from two subscription options:

• Committed Subscription – This option provides a discount in return for the Licensee's commitment to spend a minimum monthly amount on any of the services. The Licensee agrees to maintain a specified minimum level of usage at the time of subscription.

• Standard (Non-Committed) Subscription – This option offers flexibility without any commitment, but comes at a different price point, which is publicly available on the Licensor’s official website.

The Licensee understands that the pricing, terms, and limitations of each subscription type may be updated by the Licensor, with prior notice posted on the official website.

3. General Terms

By using the software and/or services, the Licensee confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to the terms of this Agreement. All terms published on the Licensor’s website are considered an essential part of this Agreement.
